Workplace Safety
and Security Training
This is a scenario-based compliance training on safety in the workplace dealing with sensitive issues such as escalating and violent situations. The project is targeted for a medical/hospital facility. Every day front line medical workers and staff face many challenges including dealing with individuals who are frustrated, agitated and some times even violent. The focus of this training is to provide hospital employees with a toolkit of approaches to safely deal with escalating situations.
Audience: All hospital and medical facility staff members.
