Here’s a Little About Me
My approach to life experiences drives
the way I design learning.
I love to explore and take on new adventures.
An off the grid experience in Panama? Absolutely!
Fishing 20 miles offshore in the North Atlantic? Why not?
Digging clams in the cold muddy flats of New England? I’m in!
Rock climbing with Boy Scouts in the White Mountains? What could go wrong?
I carry this same can-do, adventurous attitude into my work. I am continuously on the lookout for new technologies, approaches and emerging learning science that can improve learner engagement and retention while at the same time closing performance gaps, and meeting or exceeding your business goals.
Whenever I hit a bump in the road, a roadblock or even an outright wall . . . I find a way whether it be over it, around it or simply right on through it, I don’t stop until I figure it out. I am a resourceful, determined, and gritty instructional designer who thrives in ambiguity and appreciates the silver linings that challenges always present.
